Cathy began her real estate career in January 1999 and has completed hundreds of real estate transactions, including fine homes & estates, waterfront & vacation homes, investment properties, land sales & development, 1031 tax exchange properties, and more. Prior to joining Hogan Associates Cathy had a successful 15 years with CENTURY 21 where she consistently ranked in the top 10% and earned many awards locally in Newport County, statewide, and nationally.

A native Rhode Islander, Cathy travels the Ocean State and is keeping track of all the cities and towns she has sold in, and she won't stop until she has left her mark on each one!Cathy is a past Board Member for both Newport County and the RI Board of Realtors which enables her to experience firsthand the trends in the Rhode Island market.
