Kim honed her real estate skills in Fairfield, CT where she was a successful agent for 15 years. During that time, she and her professional sailor husband visited Newport often and fell in love with the area. When they were presented with the opportunity to move here full time, they jumped at the chance, and Kim quickly transitioned to an Island agent.
Listening to her clients and being creative to find them the right match is what drives Kim. She has always loved discovering new homes and has a knack for spotting hidden potential in unlikely places. She thinks outside the box introducing clients to new neighborhoods and properties in times when it’s hard to find exactly what’s on their list.
What does Kim love about Aquidneck Island? Being a walk away from the water, the incredible history and architecture and of course great restaurants within walking distance. When she's not hard at work, she can be found taking a walk with her dog, playing tennis, getting out on the water and studying interior design.
