Simi Rush and Tammy Bass joined forces in 2017 when they realized together their shared experiences of being seasoned military spouses, having had to move from one duty station to another, offered them a natural niche to serve military families relocating to and from the area for the purpose of being stationed to work within Naval Station Newport.

Simi and Tammy share a vision for excellence; and their dual knowledge of military relocations and the challenges military families face when moving, sets them apart from many other realtors. They each have experience servicing clients relocating to Aquidneck Island and surrounding towns, as well as a depth of knowledge related to Rhode Island real estate trends, which has enabled them to close real estate transactions seamlessly.

Simi is a Southern California native and holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego in Communication. Simi, her husband, and 2 school-aged children enjoy all Aquidneck Island has to offer. Their favorite activities have been watching summer sunsets at Second Beach and Fall apple picking.
