We sat with Tom Rao and right off the bat he spent four hours with us making sure my 81 year old father and myself understood everything and that we were comfortable with our decisions. It was such a pleasure working with Tom. He helped out in more ways than we could have asked and was able to get us the perfect place! Tom Rao's reputation prededed him; we were referred by a neighbor. Tom knows the city well. We accepted our first offer within days of listing. It should be noted that we are out-of-state sellers. Therefore, Tom was our intermediary for all required "seller" responsibilities, including working with our HOA and interfacing with neighbors.
