Armed with a degree in Marketing & Finance from Salve Regina University, Chris set down roots in Newport and launched his real estate career. He purchased his first home in the fall of his senior year, renovated it and sold it the following spring. Since then he and his wife, Kaley, (he got married and had a baby that first year too!) have owned and renovated numerous other properties - most notably, an 1870’s carriage house on Everett St that they transformed from a rundown garage to a luxury summer home.
Chris' success with his own real estate attracted like-minded buyers and sellers anxious to take advantage of his market knowledge, design skill and amazing work ethic. At the same time, he began working with luxury rental clients he met in his yacht brokering days. As a result, Chris has helped countless clients buy, sell and vacation in greater Newport. Chris’s biggest accomplishment (so far) was the sale of Bois Doré Gardiner’s Cottage in Newport for $1.995 Million in only his first year of business.
