John began his real estate career in 1982 renovating buildings in Newport for conversion to condominiums. In 1986, he became a commercial real estate appraiser and worked for a Providence RI firm. In 1992, he joined an international firm in Honolulu Hawaii helping Japanese investors and appraising resorts, shopping centers, and high-rise office buildings on the Hawaiian Islands, Marshall Islands and Guam.
John came back to New England to raise a family and lives in Middletown with his wife Denise and two sons. As an appraiser at Newport Appraisal Group, John has worked with buyers and sellers to evaluate a wide variety of investment properties including marinas, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, golf courses, and multi-family units throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts.
