Mike Hill

Mike began his real estate career in 1976 by earning his Rhode Island real estate license and buying his first house. He sold the house a year later and bought a building in downtown Newport that would become his first of seven condominium projects. Mike is the founder and owner of FM Properties, Inc., a design and build company in Middletown specializing in new construction GREEN homes.

FM Properties is the exclusive builder for Westchester Modular Homes in RI. Mike has been recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and was recently awarded the National Association of Realtors’ prestigious GREEN designation.

Over the past sixteen years, Mike has also designed and built custom modular homes throughout RI. He has extensive experience in permitting, designing, zoning, and planning board applications and approvals. Mike also has wide-ranging experience in contracting and financing single family, multi-family, and commercial real estate projects.
